ADAPTOGENIC ZOMBIE CEREAL LATTE
I sometimes have trouble taking adaptogens and need to keep coming up with clever ways to disguise them into my morning routine. This cereal latte is fun and functional.
3/4 c plant-based milk (or milk of preference)
2 shots espresso
1/4 tsp powdered or liquid ashwagandha
1/2 c cereal (I used OffLimits ZOMBIE because it has ashwagandha)
In a tall glass, add the milk, espresso, and ashwagandha. Top with cereal and enjoy.
