Infiore.net ships orders via UPS with exceptions listed below. FREE standard shipping within the U.S. territories (excluding Puerto Rico) is applied to all orders $250 or more. (For international orders see “International Customers” below).
Orders are processed and shipped from the East Coast within 1-2 business days. We cannot guarantee date of arrival with our free shipping option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once processed and shipped.

Infiore.net offers UPS 2Day and UPS Standard Overnight shipping options. To process the same day orders must be placed by 1 pm EST. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
We have found shipping internationally to be cost prohibitive and at times unreliable. Should you choose to place an international order with us, kindly note that import duties, taxes, and delays due to international customs issues are not the responsibility of In Fiore. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive in 3-5 business days once processed and shipped if there are not customs issues. Current international shipping costs determine our shipping rate.

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and military installations will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on destination.
In Fiore accepts returns on most unused products within 10 days of receipt of purchase for refund or store credit. Please contact us or send an email to email@example.com to resolve any discrepancies within 5 days of receipt of purchase. We do not accept returns on used or opened items. Returns must be shipped back in their pristine condition (unopened and unused) and in original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns are subject to review, and a 25% restocking fee applies to items returned in unacceptable condition. Special sales items, percentage off discounts, solid perfumes, body balms, travel sets, limited editions, and promotional items are final sale. Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Unfortunately and without exception In Fiore does not accept returns or exchanges of solid perfumes and body balms. If you are not familiar with our fragrance collections, we recommend you contact us at email@example.com for guidance with your selection. We do not send samples of fragrance.
