In what order should I apply my products?

As a general guideline, we recommend applying products in this order after cleansing:

Oil → Toner → Serum → Cream → Balm

This sequence allows lighter, more active formulas to absorb first, with richer products applied last to seal and protect the skin. Because In Fiore products are highly concentrated and botanically active, some clients prefer to customize their layering based on climate, skin condition, or time of day.

Do you offer samples or deluxe samples?

At this time, In Fiore does not offer samples, deluxe samples, or trial sizes of any kind. We focus our resources on producing full-size products at the highest quality and do not create or stock sample formats.

If you ever see messaging elsewhere suggesting complimentary or deluxe samples, it is not an active promotion from In Fiore.

Do any In Fiore products contain sunscreen?

No. In Fiore products do not contain SPF or sunscreen ingredients. If you use a separate sunscreen, we recommend applying it as the final step in your skincare routine.

Can you give me a general overview of In Fiore products?

In Fiore products are high-performance botanical formulations created using ethically sourced plant materials and refined extraction methods. We specialize in concentrated macerations and tinctures designed to fully capture the intelligence, vitality, and functional compounds of each plant.

Our formulas are preserved using plant-origin antioxidant systems, such as rosemary leaf extract, rather than synthetic preservatives. Are In Fiore’s ingredients organic?

We source ingredients of the highest quality for all of our products and prioritize organic, biodynamic, and responsibly wild-crafted botanicals whenever available. Our focus is always on purity, potency, and sustainability — whether that means certified organic farming, small-scale artisan harvesting, or biodynamic cultivation.

Does In Fiore use synthetic ingredients?

Our product range is formulated without synthetic fragrances, dyes, or preservatives. Each formula is built around botanical, plant-derived, and naturally occurring ingredients chosen for their performance, safety, and skin compatibility.

What is the shelf life of In Fiore products?

Because our products are made in small batches using natural preservation systems, we recommend using them within 6–12 months after opening for optimal freshness and performance.

Short-term temperature fluctuations during shipping or travel are generally fine, but prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight may affect texture and freshness. Please store products in a cool, dry place and refer to our Product Care page for best practices.

Many of your products contain alcohol - is that damaging?

We use organic, plant-derived alcohol from grapes and sugarcane in our tinctures and extracts. This is not denatured alcohol and does not contain harsh or toxic additives.

Botanical alcohol has a long history of use in herbal medicine and skincare as both an extraction medium and a natural preservation system. When used in carefully controlled percentages, it supports ingredient stability, enhances delivery, and improves absorption without stripping or irritating the skin.

What products are safe to use during pregnancy or while nursing?

Some In Fiore products contain concentrated essential oils, botanical extracts, and herbal preparations that may not be appropriate for use during pregnancy or while nursing. For this reason, we always recommend consulting with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before using any topical or body-care products during this time.

As a general precaution, we advise avoiding the following products while pregnant or nursing unless otherwise directed by a medical professional:

My product’s scent/color is different than I’m used to - is this normal?

Yes. Because In Fiore uses minimally processed, plant-based ingredients, natural variation is part of the experience. Factors such as harvest time, climate, soil conditions, and extraction method can all subtly influence the aroma, color, and texture of botanical ingredients from batch to batch.

We formulate in small batches to preserve freshness and integrity, which means each production run reflects the living nature of the plants themselves. These variations do not affect the safety or performance of the product — they are simply a reflection of working with real botanical materials rather than standardized synthetics.

Does In Fiore test products on animals?

No. In Fiore does not test any of its products or ingredients on animals, and we are committed to cruelty-free formulation and ethical sourcing.

Is In Fiore’s packaging recyclable?

Most In Fiore packaging components — including glass bottles and jars, paper cartons, and select plastic components — are recyclable where facilities exist. Because local recycling programs vary, we recommend checking with your municipality and following our Recycling Guidelines for best practices.
