In what order should I apply my products?
We generally recommend this layering sequence post cleansing: oil, toner, serum, cream, balm. You can read more about layering with In Fiore HERE.
Do you provide samples?
At this time samples are dependent on availability. For customers new to the line we recommend starting with 1 to 3 products. If you need help selecting products please contact us. We are happy to assist.
Do any of your products contain sunscreen?
None of our products currently contain sunscreen. We recommend applying sunscreen as the last step in your layering regimen.
Can you give me a general overview of In Fiore products?
In Fiore products are high performance, eco-formulations that harness the transformational healing power of ethically sourced botanicals with sensorial finesse. We employ plant solvents for our extra-strength macerations for optimal saturation of botanicals and organic biodynamic medicinal tincturing. Our products are preservative-free and protected by plant-origin antioxidants such as rosemary leaf extract.
Are In Fiore’s ingredients organic?
We source ingredients of the highest quality for all our products and use organic ingredients whenever available. We look for the best and most sustainably produced ingredients whether that means certified organic, wild-crafted by artisans, or biodynamically grown.
Does In Fiore use synthetic ingredients?
There are no synthetic ingredients added to our products in the foundational US product range. The Made in Japan collection is 85-99% natural and employs clean, safe synthetics essential to the advanced technology to which they are made.
What is the shelf life of In Fiore products?
Small batch production ensures freshness; however, we recommend using products within six months of opening for best results. Short-term exposure to extreme temperature changes can affect the texture of products. Avoid long-term exposure of products to sunlight and heat because the resulting oxidation may affect freshness. Many of your products contain alcohol, is it damaging?
We use organic alcohol derived from grape and sugarcane from the island of Okinawa. This is not the same as denatured alcohol, which contains toxic additives. The use of a clean, organic, plant-derived alcohol has an extensive history of use in herbal preparations and personal care products. In our case, we use organic alcohol to create our tinctures and extracts as both a delivery system and as a system of preservation. Given the increased desire for natural products and natural preservation systems in the green beauty space, we see a resurgence of alcohol as a skincare ingredient. Alcohol is less sensitizing than many other natural preservatives when used appropriately in exact percentages, and increases the penetration and absorption of ingredients.
What product’s are safe to use during pregnancy?
Some of our products contain essential oils and herbal extracts that may not be suitable for use during pregnancy or lactation. We recommend consulting with your physician before application. For questions regarding ingredients, you may also contact us. While pregnant or nursing we recommend you consult your physician before using the following products:

Firmante Elevating Leg TonicMy product’s scent/color is different than I’m used to. Is this okay?
We use only the best natural ingredients with minimal processing to retain as much of the healing properties of the plant as possible. Natural ingredients are not standardized and mass-produced the way synthetic ingredients often are. Variations in color and scent are inherent in the natural world and subsequently are sometimes reflected in our products. In Fiore always formulates in small batches to ensure that the product is pure and stable.
Does In Fiore test products on animals?
We never test any products on animals.

Is In Fiore’s packaging recyclable?
All of the glass bottles and jars, plastic tubes, and paper packaging is recyclable. Please view our recycling guidelines HERE.
