RESURRECTING ROSE
The highest vibrational plant we know, roses infuse this classic comfort food, lending a Persian twist and a fragrant perfumed profile. A magical dessert for a night under the stars.
Persian Rose Rice Pudding
4 servings
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook over medium-low heat until the liquid has been absorbed and the rice has cooked through. Add more water, if necessary. Allow to cool and transfer to the refrigerator to chill. When ready to serve, divide between bowls and top with pumpkin seeds and rose petals.
RESURRECTING ROSE TAKE TWO
Roses are known to have the highest vibrational frequency of any flower which could be one of the reasons why they’re so universally loved. But it also could be that they smell divine or that they’re delicious. This tea highlights their beauty, inside and out. Drink it in and let beauty begin within.
Highest Vibe Rose Tea
1 serving
Add a small handful of petals to your favorite green tea and brew as usual or steep straight up and sip all day long.
NOTE: It’s vital to use carefully sourced roses as they are often sprayed and are not regulated as food. In New York City, try the Greenmarket. But make sure to check they’re not sprayed.
