After years of battling injuries and dealing with food allergies, Jenelle crafted Get Golden as an accumulation of everything she learned along the way. The smell of fresh turmeric reminds me of my love for energy and vibrance. As a ballet dancer, I dealt with a series of injuries in my career that prompted getting creative in the kitchen with ingredients that made my body and mind feel its best. Turmeric has always been one of my most favorite ingredients to use because it is not only incredibly healing, but it has the most wonderfully earthy and savory notes. It has since become a highlighted ingredient in my snack company’s first product, which is a new venture that I’m so passionate about. There’s something so special about feeling both grounded and invigorated and for me, turmeric does just that.
