Joomee is best known for her signature Kaika Facial Massage, which combines an ancient form of Japanese deep facial massage to lift, tone, and detoxify the skin. She also utilizes a chiropractic Shiatsu technique that realigns facial structure.
So without further ado, here, Joomee breaks down her best tips to relieve sinus pressure.

Use 3 fingers to press the sinus area firmly 3 times, taking 3 deep breaths.
2
Place 2 knuckles or 3 fingers alongside of your nose and press upward 3 times with 3 deep breaths.
