Slim Cera Plus+
This innovative facial roller from Japan utilizes magnetic ceramic components which is said to trigger negative ions, and applies a specific pressure to effectively stimulate the facial muscles. “It’s purported to mimic the same effects as a therapist’s hands. It’s made with these diamond-cut mesh rollers that have quartz and other minerals inside and you roll it over your skin. It’s slightly exfoliating, but helps with blood flow and oxygenation. I use it in the morning to wake up my skin, then I splash my face with water, and I feel like I’m ready to start my layering process.”
Cupping Set
This affordable cupping set comes with four different sizes to target the face and body. The glass cups help increase blood flow as suction is applied, so oxygen and nutrients can be delivered to the skin cells. “When I was in Paris, I went and had a facial with acupuncture facialist Elaine Huntzinger. She’s highly sought after and has a great handle on gua sha. But she also did some facial cupping and I loved the effects. The cups are so powerful and really work. If you have issues with lymph movement and drainage, this can help clear those congested pathways.”
Nutrafol
This daily hair growth supplement is physician-formulated with medical-grade, natural ingredients that target the root causes of thinning, such as stress, lifestyle, and nutrition. “Nutrafol is a smart formula and it's very well balanced. I like the combination of ingredients based on my research on what nutrients truly impact restoring hair growth. Hair shedding had been a big issue for me. Since October, I’ve been working on hair growth, and my new hair growth is a different texture. It’s silky and soft. But it’s been a process because I had long hair and it’s been an interesting lesson in letting go and coming to terms with my identity through my hair.”
