Calendula-Echinacea Activity
Calendula, the herb Monarch in Lâche-Lymphe, is extensively used clinically throughout the world for healing the skin through cleansing, detoxification and purification.
As a lymphatic stimulant, Calendula is traditionally said to be most specific for the lymphatics of the skin, breast, and pelvic tissues—Calendula stimulates drainage of enlarged, inflamed lymph nodes and shows protective effects against DNA damage and lipid peroxidation.
Echinacea, best known as an effective immunomodulator to deal with infections, is also indicated for clearing the lymphatic system and protective effects on skin and connective tissue, specifically demonstrating a protective effect on the body’s collagen. Echinacea supports the lymphatic activity of Calendula in Lâche-Lymphe by stimulating lymphocytes residing in the lymphatic system, which provides a faster resolution of lymphatic issues. Additionally, echinacea engages the immune function with a unique extract highly enriched in alkylamides (alkamides) bringing resolution of skin issues and lymph swelling.
Lâche-Lymphe supports healthy lymph function and is indicated for:
- Lymphedema
- Protective effects and lymph enhancement for the skin, breast and pelvic and connective tissues.
- Improves the quality of the extracellular matrix gel that envelops collagen.
- Pre- and post-op support.
- Heavy lower legs with a sensation of tension.
- Clearing lymph congestion.
